Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Draft for review. Effective date pending approval.

About these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Synthe website at synthe.dev and public materials provided through it. “Synthe,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Synthe Systems Development Company. “You” means the individual visiting the website or, where applicable, the organization they represent.

Synthe is formed in the State of Hawaii, United States.

By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

The website is intended for business audiences seeking information about Enterprise Integration, Intelligent Automation, and Applied AI. It describes our practice and provides a way to start a business conversation.

Client engagements

Synthe provides advisory, architecture, engineering, implementation, and operational services. Visiting the website, requesting information, or exchanging preliminary correspondence does not create a client engagement or commit either party to provide or purchase services.

Each engagement requires a separate written agreement, which may include a master services agreement, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, or data processing agreement. Those documents govern scope, fees, payment, acceptance, intellectual property, confidentiality, security, support, warranties, and liability for that engagement. If they conflict with these website terms, the engagement agreement controls for the services it covers.

Permitted use

You may browse the website and use its public materials for lawful business evaluation and internal reference, subject to any additional license attached to a particular material. You must preserve copyright and other ownership notices.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes, or infringe another person’s rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure, or introduce malicious code.
  • Disrupt the website or use automated requests in a way that materially burdens its operation or bypasses access restrictions.
  • Republish, sell, or commercially exploit website materials without permission, except where applicable law or an express license allows it.
  • Impersonate Synthe, misrepresent an affiliation, or imply an endorsement that we have not authorized.

Intellectual property

The website’s original text, designs, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Synthe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited permitted use described above, these terms do not transfer ownership or grant a license to our intellectual property.

Third-party names, marks, and materials belong to their respective owners. References to MuleSoft, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or other technologies describe our technical focus and do not, by themselves, establish a partnership, certification, or endorsement.

Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, pre-existing tools, and project materials are determined by the applicable engagement agreement.

Communications & confidentiality

Please provide accurate contact information and send only information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, access tokens, production credentials, regulated personal information, or confidential client data through an unsolicited inquiry.

An initial inquiry does not establish a confidentiality agreement. Where sensitive information is needed to evaluate or deliver work, we will arrange an appropriate agreement and communication method before requesting it.

You retain ownership of information you provide. You authorize us to use it to respond to your request and discuss the proposed engagement, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.

Technical materials & AI

Public articles, examples, architecture descriptions, code snippets, and demonstrations are general information. They are not a complete solution for your environment and should be assessed for accuracy, security, licensing, and suitability before use.

AI systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Any demonstration or example involving an agent or model requires appropriate human review, evaluation, permissions, and operational controls before it is used in a business process.

Project previews, including Amoeba, describe work in development. A preview does not promise availability, release dates, functionality, support, or service levels. Any future hosted product or software offering may have separate terms.

Third-party resources

The website may refer or link to third-party websites, software, platforms, and documentation. Those resources are controlled by their providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party resources or guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or suitability. Your use of them is your responsibility unless a separate engagement agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Website disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its public materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Website materials are not legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for assessing your organization’s requirements and obtaining appropriate professional advice. Service warranties and commitments, if any, are stated in the applicable engagement agreement.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Synthe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or its public materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or overrides mandatory rights. Liability relating to a client engagement is governed by its separate written agreement.

Changes & access

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website content and functionality. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, address misuse, or comply with law.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and its effective date. Changes apply prospectively from that date, subject to any notice or agreement required by law. Changes to a signed client agreement follow that agreement’s amendment process.

Governing law & disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, together with applicable federal law. Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes arising from these terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Please contact us first if a concern arises so we can seek a practical resolution. These website terms do not add arbitration requirements or alter the dispute provisions of a separate client agreement.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
